BETA Policy

OwnVoice Academic, operated by BOBADE LTD, is currently in public beta. This policy explains plainly what that means for you as a student or academic using the platform.

What beta means

• Features may change, move or be withdrawn while we learn what genuinely helps students.
• You may occasionally meet bugs, slower responses or short periods of maintenance.
• Wording, prompts and criteria templates are refined regularly based on tester feedback.

Your coursework and data

• Your coursework, Experience Bank entries and Course Library remain yours at all times.
• You can export your work at any point, including during beta.
• We do not sell your work, and we handle it as set out in our Privacy Notice.
• Please keep your own backup of anything you must submit to your provider.

Academic integrity during beta

OwnVoice Academic never writes your coursework for you and never invents sources or experiences. Beta status does not change this. You remain responsible for meeting your provider’s academic integrity rules and for checking every word you submit.

Free use and paid plans

You can start free, with no credit card and no payment. The free plan covers three coursework projects. From the fourth project onwards you will be asked to subscribe to Pro. Beta pricing may change with notice; anyone on an active subscription keeps their price for the current billing period, and our 30-day money-back guarantee applies throughout beta.

Reporting problems

Use the Feedback button in the footer or on any workspace page, or email support@ownvoiceacademic.com. Beta reports are triaged weekly, and our Governance & Feedback page explains what happens next.
